In-Home Outpatient Therapy Services
Upswing's mobile outpatient services provide Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy at home.
We treat speech conditions, muscle weakness, post-surgical healing, pain, dementia, Parkinson's, reduced balance and many other treatable conditions including pediatric therapy.
We match you with licensed Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists to provide you with the treatments you need to heal and live a more functional life. ​

Services may be 100% covered with Medicare and a secondary! We accept Medicare, Many PPO Plans, and Private Pay with Flexible Payment Options.
Direct access makes it easier! Florida is considered a direct access state for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology. This means you do not need a referral to get started with us. We do, however, encourage the participation of your physician in your rehabilitation journey. We believe healthcare is best achieved with a collective meeting of the minds among the healthcare professionals that serve you.

Insurance Coverage & Payment Options
Will these services be covered?
We accept Medicare (for those age 65+ enrolled in Medicare), some commercial plans (PPO's), private pay and superbill (where payment is received upfront and we provide you a receipt for reimbursement from your insurance provider) as options to pay for therapy services that are medically necessary and provided under the skilled direction of our physical, occupational, and speech therapists. All payment options are verified, relayed, and consented to prior to the start of treatment. Individualized payment plans may be available to those do private pay. Our friendly and helpful team will be happy to verify your health care benefits. We’ll work closely with you to accommodate your individual needs.
Please note that the superbill option requires that your insurance plan has out of network benefits. Your insurance company may also require you to obtain prior authorization before beginning therapy. Some insurance companies may not reimburse your superbill receipt without contacting them first for authorization of outpatient therapy services. Upswing Rehab does not obtain prior authorization for the superbill option. Obtaining prior authorization from insurance for superbills is the responsibility of the patient. Please contact your insurance company for their policy.
